Legion Investment Group and partner Gindi Capital have completed their Gramercy Park assemblage by acquiring the final two properties, including a rental building at 37 Gramercy Park East and a co-op at 38 Gramercy Park North. This will allow the development of a 20-story condo with access to the private Gramercy Park garden, marking the largest new development along the park in over a decade. The project is financed with a $335 million construction loan from BDT & MSD Partners and Global Holdings. Legion also secured multiple other deals in 2024, including a $57.5 million Greenwich Village site and $195 million for a Madison Avenue luxury condo.
