Dexter Goei, former Altice USA CEO, purchased a 2,800-sq.-ft. duplex penthouse at 39 Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village for $19 million. The move follows his record-breaking $72.5 million sale of a double-wide townhouse on West 11th Street earlier this year, which he acquired for $31 million in 2016. Goei’s new home, known for its Architectural Digest feature, includes a wraparound terrace and three wood-burning fireplaces. Previously owned by designers Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent, the unit was later sold off-market in 2021. The seller is linked to Keith Bloomfield of Forbes Family Trust.
