Rabsky Group secured a $228 million senior construction loan from G4 Capital Partners for developments at 395 Carroll Street and 313 Bond Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The total debt for these projects is $286 million. The developments include a 425-unit, 313,348-square-foot residential building at 395 Carroll Street and a 179-unit, 149,229-square-foot residential building at 313 Bond Street. Both projects have received permits. The deal closed with the prior lender being G4 Capital Partners.
