The Woolworth Mansion at 4 East 80th Street has dropped its asking price to just under $50 million, down $10 million from its November listing. Once priced at $90 million in 2011, the 20,000-square-foot Upper East Side townhouse remains unsold. The property, owned by the family of the late fitness mogul Lucille Roberts, was restored after they purchased it for $6 million in 1995. Designed by Charles P.H. Gilbert in 1915, the seven-story mansion features nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gym, a library, and a grand dining room. Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group holds the listing.
