Midtown Equities and Albir Allahham acquired three retail condos at 40 Broad Street in Manhattan’s Financial District from Zev Marmurstein for $18 million. The 38,430-square-foot properties, part of the Setai, were bought at $468 per square foot. The deal was financed with an $11.7 million loan from Webster Bank.
