Mickey Rabina’s luxury condominium, Penthouse 80 at 520 Fifth Avenue, has found a buyer who is expected to pay the full $11.5 million asking price, which equates to $4,489 per square foot. This penthouse, the highest private residence on Fifth Avenue, offers 360-degree views and spans nearly 2,600 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 88-story tower, the largest project of Rabina’s career, is 90% sold, with 100 condos in total. Sales launched in April, and the development, which also includes office space, is expected to complete later this year.
