A Chelsea penthouse at 527 West 27th Street, known as Jardim, sold for $15 million in May to banker Viswas “Vis” Raghavan and Pamela Raghavan. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment was featured on Ryan Serhant’s reality show “Owning Manhattan” and was rented by rapper Bad Bunny for $150,000 a month last year. The penthouse, initially listed for $21 million in 2016, spans 4,500 square feet with an additional 4,600 square feet of outdoor space. The building, designed by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, includes a fitness center, lap pool, and yoga studio.
