Silvera Properties plans to replace the former Scores site at 536 West 28th Street in West Chelsea with a 12-story, 135-foot-tall multifamily building. The proposed development will include 60 rental units, retail space, and amenities like a party room, golf simulator, and dog washing station. Silvera acquired the 31,000-square-foot site from Extell Development for 24.5 m and plans to increase its size to 77,000 square feet with air rights. The company, primarily focused on luxury properties in the Hamptons, also manages select rental buildings in New York City, including properties in Tribeca and near South Street Seaport.
