555 West 45th Street

Cheskel Schwimmer of Chess Builders filed plans for a 56-unit, 53,307-square-foot residential building at 555 West 45th Street, Hell’s Kitchen. The seven-story building will feature a cellar with recreation spaces, bicycle parking, and utility rooms. Schwimmer purchased the property from Extell Development and others for $33.2 million. This is Schwimmer’s second project on the block, following a 132-unit building filed in March.
