Simon Kaufman secured a $36.4 million construction loan from Greystone & Co. for a 92-unit residential development at 556 Baltic Street (159 3rd Avenue) in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The project will span 68,808 square feet with residential (R-2) units. Kaufman was the signatory for the loan.
