A full-floor condo at Gary Barnett’s Central Park Tower topped Manhattan’s luxury contracts last week, asking 53 m. The 7,000-square-foot unit on the 116th floor was initially priced at 64 m. Since 2022, 72 of the tower’s 180 units have sold, averaging 4,600 per square foot. The second-priciest contract was a unit at 111 West 57th Street, listed for 23.8 m. The priciest new listings included a penthouse at 832 Park Avenue for 30 m and a unit at 432 Park Avenue for 29.5 m.
