Citadel has signed a 504,000-square-foot lease across 20 floors at Brookfield’s redeveloped 660 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The 39-story, 1.25 million-square-foot building underwent a $400 million modernization, featuring a glass facade, upgraded infrastructure, and renewable energy from Brookfield’s hydropower portfolio. Citadel, represented by Newmark and Fried Frank, plans to relocate from 350 Park Avenue, which is set for redevelopment into a 1.8 million-square-foot tower by Vornado and Rudin. Other tenants at 660 Fifth include Macquarie Group and Viking.
