Juda Falkowitz secured a $17.3 m construction loan from Bank of America for a commercial development at 67 Taaffe Place in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The project, which involves a 50,196 square-foot commercial building, was submitted and permitted in 2024. Falkowitz, who purchased the property in 2013 for $3.1 m, is also associated with Quality Facility Solutions.
