Brookfield is considering selling the retail portion of 685 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, home to luxury tenants like Coach and Stuart Weitzman. Eastdil Secured has been hired to market the property, though a final decision to sell hasn’t been made. Brookfield acquired the property in 2018 through its purchase of General Growth Properties.
