700 Eighth Avenue

Highgate Hotels acquired full ownership of the Row NYC hotel at 700 Eighth Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan, from David Werner Real Estate Investments for $275 million. The transaction included Highgate assuming an existing $275 million loan. The 460,273-square-foot property, previously under a 99-year ground lease to Highgate and Rockpoint Group, is now owned outright by Highgate following the lease termination.
