Adam Neumann, WeWork co-founder, has relisted his Gramercy Park triplex at 78 Irving Place for $25 million, marking his third attempt to sell the property. The 6,600-square-foot, three-story home features a roof terrace, skylit spiral staircase, and chandeliers. Neumann initially listed it for $37.5 million in 2020 and then for $32 million last year. He bought the duplex penthouse and an additional unit in 2017 for $27.5 million. Despite recent efforts to regain control of WeWork, Neumann has shifted focus to his new venture, Flow, and has sold several New York properties, retaining homes in Hudson Valley and Miami.
