Zeckendorf Development and Atlas Capital Group have appointed Dan Tubb and Amy Williamson to lead sales at their luxury condo project, 80 Clarkson in the West Village. The development features around 100 units, with an estimated total sellout of $1 billion and an average price of $5,000 per square foot. Tubb, formerly of Douglas Elliman, led sales at high-profile projects including the Waldorf Astoria conversion. Williamson brings experience from Douglas Elliman and JDS Development. The developers secured a $1 billion construction loan earlier this year and acquired the site for $340 million from Westbrook Partners in 2022.
