Zeckendorf Development and Atlas Capital Group secured a $1 billion loan for their luxury residential project at 80 Clarkson Street, likely Manhattan’s largest since pre-COVID. Financed by Cale Street Partners and Farallon Capital Management, the project includes two towers with over 100 luxury homes, priced around $5,000 per square foot, offering dramatic river and city views. The developers also plan a 175-unit senior affordable housing building on site. This venture aims to replicate Zeckendorf’s uptown luxury standard, with the site initially purchased from Westbrook Partners in February 2022.
