Jack Guttman has acquired a stake in the Dumbo office building at 81 Prospect Street, Brooklyn, valued at $33.75 million, from RFR Holding and Kushner Companies. The building has 93,107 square feet of space, with a sale price of $362 per square foot. This property was part of a portfolio that recently obtained $480 million in financing. Despite an occupancy rate between 86% and 91%, the building’s value has declined significantly.
