Double U Realty has filed plans for a new 88,680-square-foot sports center at 83 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project, submitted by CEO Michael Weitzman, involves constructing a four-story building with retail and office spaces. Previously, Cayuga Capital Management had proposed a smaller retail building for the site, which was sold to Double U Realty in 2022. The lot is currently vacant. The new building will include fitness and recreation spaces, parking, and retail on the ground floor.
