Larry Silverstein is set to relaunch sales at Brooklyn Tower, a supertall at 9 DeKalb Avenue, after taking full control from Michael Stern. Corcoran Sunshine will now handle sales and marketing for the 143 condos and leasing for around 400 rentals. Just 20 condos—about 14%—have sold since 2022, with an average closing price of $1,800 per square foot. JDS Development handed the property to Silverstein last year after defaulting on a $240 million mezzanine loan. Condo prices previously ranged from $875,000 to $7.85 million, with sales expected to resume in April.
