If finalized at that price, it would amount to approximately $2,147 per square foot. The eight-bedroom, 11,000-square-foot new construction, designed by James Michael Howard, is intended as a getaway for Stallone’s daughters rather than a primary residence. The estate features a great room, chef’s kitchen, screening room, and a pool with a pool house, all situated on 1.1 acres just a mile from the ocean. Stallone recently sold his California home for $17 million.
