Moshe Braver of Bushwick Realty Holdings secured a $46 million refinancing loan from Citibank for two properties in Jamaica, Queens. One is a newly completed 117-unit residential building at 95-22 147th Place, and the other is a mixed-use building at 95-09 Sutphin Boulevard. The total built space for both properties is 95,287 square feet. The previous loan was $35.6 million from Popular Bank. The loan amount equates to $482 per square foot.
