Sunlight Development and NuVerse secured a $99 million loan to convert the historic 95 Madison Avenue in NoMad into 65 luxury condominiums. BHI, a division of Bank Hapoalim, provided $40 million of the financing, with two other firms contributing the remainder. The 16-story limestone building will also feature 17,000 square feet of retail and 3,400 square feet of office space. Sunlight purchased the landmarked Emmet Building, built in 1912, for 65 m. The building was previously owned by the Sklar family. Demolition is underway.
