A Hudson River mansion at 46 Ledgerock Lane in Hyde Park, initially listed for $45m by Jacob and Monica Frydman, is now for sale at $11.25m under Curiam Capital’s management. The finance litigation firm gained control after a $13.2m loan default. The 15,000-sf limestone-and-glass home, completed in 2010, features a riverfront patio, five bedrooms, a geothermal system, and a two-bedroom guesthouse. Curiam, which spent heavily on upgrades, aims for a quick sale, as luxury properties aren’t its focus. Despite the steep price cut, the listing significantly exceeds Hyde Park’s $380,000 median sale price.
