Aby Rosen’s RFR Holding sold the Cartier-leased retail property at 102 Greene Street in Soho for $46 million to an undisclosed Japanese conglomerate. The deal, brokered off-market by Adirondack Capital’s Michael Hunter Coghill, breaks down to $4,020 per square foot with a 4.2% cap rate. RFR purchased the historic 11,000-square-foot building in 2022 for $31.5 million from TA Realty, capitalizing on Soho’s luxury retail resurgence post-pandemic. Cartier, which leased the property for its flagship, transformed it into a gallery and boutique.
