Adellco is nearing a significant milestone with its luxury condominium conversion at 114 East 25th Street, known as The Armorie, in the Financial District. Sales are set to begin in the spring, with the first residents expected to move in by the first quarter of next year. The 20-unit building, originally a publishing house, has been reimagined with the help of Andre Kikoski Architecture. Prices for the condos will range from $1.5 million to $8 million, and the property will offer amenities such as a wet bar, gym, roof deck, and lounge.
Adellco acquired the property in 2020 from Prodigy Network and Shorewood Real Estate Group for $41.3 million. The firm also took out a $30.5 million mortgage last year to finance the redevelopment.
