Amy Herman, a key member of Ryan Serhant’s team, has left Serhant to join Brown Harris Stevens (BHS). Herman, who played a significant role in high-profile listings, including a $17.2 million penthouse, is bringing her developer relationships and resale business to BHS. She will be joined by Charisse Chassen and Francesca Albarrán, who were also part of the new development team at Serhant. This departure is a setback for the three-year-old brokerage as it attempts to expand in the new development market. BHS CEO Bess Freedman praised Herman as a valuable addition to their team.
