Yechiel Newhouse, through Beacon 139th LLC, acquired an interest from Lemle & Wolff Companies in the 125-unit rental building at 34 West 139th Street, Harlem, valued at $31.5 million. The deal includes 170,694 square feet of built space across four commercial condominium units, at a price of $184 per square foot. The property benefits from a 421A exemption through 2036.
