Manhattan-based developer Ben Ashkenazy and his wife Debra listed their 76-acre Water Mill estate for $125 million, potentially making it New York’s most expensive coastal property. Acquired for $26.7 million in 2015-2016, the 20,000-square-foot residence includes eight bedrooms, nine fireplaces, and hand-carved limestone and marble bathtubs. The estate features Pinnacle Farm, with a 16-stall barn and riding arenas. Despite financial issues, including foreclosures, Ashkenazy retains a Southampton beachfront home. The record sale in the area is $112.5 million. Other notable Hamptons listings this summer include properties by Ann Tenenbaum and Steve Roth.
