Billionaire Alan B. Miller, founder of Universal Health Services, sold his oceanfront Manalapan home for $18.3 million. The 7,200-square-foot house, purchased for $2.3 million in 1992, was extensively renovated in 2001. The Millers listed the home for $23 million in March before selling it to a California couple. Before this sale, they bought a waterfront property in Jupiter’s Admirals Cove for $14.1 million.
