The two adjacent apartments total approximately 6,000 square feet and feature five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with views of Central Park. The units include high-end amenities such as a gas fireplace, breakfast nook, and multiple walk-in closets. Ackman purchased the units for $22 million seven years ago, during his separation from his ex, who also resided in the building. Despite a possible loss on the sale, Ackman owns other significant Manhattan properties, including a penthouse on West 77th Street and a unit at One57.
