British auction house Bonhams is moving to 111 West 57th Street, Steinway Tower, on Billionaires’ Row. The new 42,000-square-foot space, spanning four gallery levels and two auction rooms, expands Bonhams’ footprint by 30%. The company is relocating from 580 Madison Avenue, where it’s been since 2008. The move is set for late next year. The deal, brokered by Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield, did not disclose the lease’s terms. Steinway Tower, primarily residential, has seen $100 million in sales this year, but a full sellout isn’t expected until 2026.
