Bushburg and Moinian Group secured $140 million in refinancing from MF1 Capital for their 320-unit mixed-use project, The Highland, at 2840 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. The former dairy factory, built before World War I, has been converted into residential units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, with rents starting at $2,140. The development also includes 14,200 square feet of commercial space. The project, designed by Dattner Architects, blends restored landmarked structures with new construction. Bushburg acquired the site in 2018 for nearly $17 million, and it is now complete.
