Candice Miller, widow of developer Brandon Miller, sold her Water Mill estate at 25 Cobb Isle Road after listing it for $15.5M in August. She reportedly considered offers of $12.8M and $13M. The 8,700 sq. ft., seven-bedroom home, featuring five fireplaces, a pool house, and an acre of land, was tied to Brandon’s financial troubles, including $20M in unsecured loans and delinquent payments. A $208,000 mortgage was repaid after the sale. Brandon had purchased the property in 2011 and transferred it to his name in 2013. Candice is also fighting a lawsuit over unpaid rent on a $49,000/month Upper East Side apartment.
