CAVU Property Group secured a $19.5 million construction loan from Levon Capital for 2255 Nostrand Avenue in Flatlands, Brooklyn. Steven Hurwitz, CAVU’s president, filed plans for a four-story, 33,921 square-foot retail and office building on May 31, 2023.
