CAVU Property Group secured an $18 million refinancing loan from Webster Bank for six properties in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The properties, including residential buildings at 1597 New York Avenue and 3410 Farragut Road, have a total of nine residential units. The deal refinances a previous $15 million construction loan from City National Bank. The loan closed with Steven Hurwitz as the signatory for CAVU Property Group and Yonathan Whitehouse for Webster Bank.
