Cheskel Schwimmer secured an additional $25 million in construction financing from Valley National Bank, increasing total debt to $95 million for a Hell’s Kitchen development site. The site includes two residential projects: a 121-unit, 127,613-square-foot building at 622 11th Avenue and a 59-unit, 55,370-square-foot building, both developed by Chess Builders. The prior loan was $70 million from Valley National Bank. The loan closed recently, with Schwimmer as the signatory.
