Clipper Equity secured a $95M construction loan from Bank Hapoalim for a 130-unit residential project at 2359 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Filed by Joel Kohn, the project involves a seven-story building on a former Sears parcel. The property, bought for $40.3M in 2022, spans 14,946 square feet with additional air rights, totaling 147,377 square feet. David Bistricer signed for Clipper Equity, while Ilana Druyan and David Kesselman represented Bank Hapoalim.
