The project includes CPC’s Manhattan Community Center, offering three floors, over 200 units of affordable housing, and integrates the cultural heritage center of the Beth Hamedrash Hagodol Synagogue, damaged by fire in 2017. Financed by NY State Housing Finance Agency, Goldman Sachs, and NY Housing Preservation Department, CPC One targets individuals and families earning 30 to 80 percent of the NYC median income, alongside retail space and a grocery store.
