Chicago Pacific Founders, through CPF HCRE-Bronx, LLC, purchased an office building at 951 Brook Avenue in Morrisania, Bronx, for $24 million from Joshua Schwartz, who held the property through MBX Acquisition Holdings, LLC. The office building, which spans 28,000 square feet, is primarily occupied by the Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center Community Oncology.
