David Zaslav, CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, is relisting his Greenwich Village townhouse at 34 West 11th Street for $21.9 million, which equates to about $3,835 per square foot. The four-story home features four bedrooms, multiple fireplaces, a terrace, and a backyard visible from the living room. Zaslav bought the property in 2016 for $11.8 million and has renovated it since, including ceiling and window upgrades, plus an elevator. He’s been trying to sell it since 2020, with a previous asking price of $25 million in 2023. The current listing is managed by Corcoran agents Deborah Grubman and David Adler.
