Moshe Braver has secured $148 million in construction financing for the second phase of his multifamily project at 94-15 Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. The loan, provided by Dwight Mortgage Trust, is aimed at the 24-story building that will feature 524 units, including 366 market-rate apartments and 158 affordable units. Amenities will include a fitness center, yoga studio, business center, and more. The project is expected to complete later this year and may qualify for a 485x tax abatement.
