Fortress Investment Group, along with Bizzi & Partners and Bilgili Group, is seeking to refinance the $350m construction loan for 125 Greenwich, a luxury condo tower in Manhattan’s Financial District. The developers aim to replace it with a condo inventory loan to support the project’s sellout. Despite construction delays and a history of financial challenges, the Rafael Viñoly-designed tower is nearing completion.
