Francisco Lindor, New York Mets shortstop, has signed a contract to purchase a penthouse at 200 East 75th Street on the Upper East Side for approximately $20 million. The 5,000-square-foot unit features six bedrooms, multiple terraces, and 11-foot ceilings. Developed by EJS Group, the building offers amenities such as an outdoor fireplace, movie theater, and virtual sports room. Construction of the 18-story condominium is set to complete next year, with about half of its 36 units already sold. Lindor, who joined the Mets in 2021 with a $341m contract, also owns a Florida home purchased for $2.9m in 2021.
