Gary Barnett’s Extell Development has filed plans for two residential buildings on the former Walt Disney-owned ABC campus on the Upper West Side, acquired for $930 million. At 30 West 67th Street, Extell plans a nine-story building with 50 units, including affordable housing, replacing an office structure. A second project at 7 West 66th Street envisions a seven-story building with 31 units, also incorporating affordable housing, through a partial office conversion. The acquisition was financed by Guggenheim Partners and Aquarian Holdings, with no timeline announced for construction. Extell is simultaneously pursuing other developments, including a Madison Avenue tower.
