Golden Arc acquired two Brooklyn rental buildings from Gavriel Sakaff for $27.6 million. The first property, a 22-unit building with commercial space at 1590 East 19th Street in Midwood, was purchased for $14.4 million, totaling 24,008 sq. ft. ($514/sq. ft.). The second, a 29-unit elevator building at 1669 East 19th Street in Sheepshead Bay, cost $13.2 million, spanning 21,580 sq. ft. ($612/sq. ft.). Both properties are intended for cash flow. Golden Arc, which owns Manhattan properties, financed this deal through Israel Discount Bank.
