Goose Property Management, led by Yitzchok Katz, secured a $132 million construction loan from Affinius Capital for a 297-unit multifamily development at 358 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn. The project, spanning 270,000 square feet, will feature studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, amenities like a fitness center, coworking spaces, and 5,000 square feet of commercial space. Katz’s firm assembled the site in 2022 for $25.5 million and plans two 22-story buildings. Goose also recently acquired a lot in Gowanus for $22 million. The development is slated for completion in late 2027, with financing arranged by Galaxy Capital’s Henry Bodek.
