Goose Property Management, affiliated with Rabsky Group, secured a $108.5 million refinancing from Apollo Global Management for three Williamsburg properties, including a 134-unit, 93,259-square-foot rental at 597 Grand Street. The new debt replaces an $80.2 million loan from H.I.G. Capital. Yitzchok Katz signed for Goose, and Jeffrey Horowitz for Apollo.
