Goose Property Management acquired three properties in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, for $39.7 million from Dillon Realty Interests. The deal, financed by H.I.G. Capital, includes industrial and office buildings with a total buildable area of 202,768 square feet. Yitzchok Katz signed for Goose Property Management, associated with Rabsky Group.
